Terms of Service — scope & acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Sorveliq (the "Services"). By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be published on this page.

Services include web design, WordPress builds, ecommerce development and maintenance.
Quotes and work orders form part of the contract between you and Sorveliq.
Payment terms and deliverables are set in each project agreement.

Consumer guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) certain guarantees apply automatically for consumers. These include that goods and services are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match descriptions provided.

If you are a consumer acquiring our services predominantly for personal, domestic or household use, ACL guarantees may apply. For business purchases, some guarantees may be limited by contract (where permitted by law).

Where a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee occurs, we will provide a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, resupply or refund as required by law. For digital services, remedies depend on the nature of the failure and the consumer's loss.

Limitation of liability & warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Sorveliq disclaims all implied conditions and warranties not expressly set out in written agreement. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury, gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Copyright, intellectual property and takedown

All content on sorveliq.life, including designs, code, text and images (except third-party materials) is the intellectual property of Sorveliq or licenced to us. You may not reproduce or use our materials except as permitted in writing.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our site, please email Sorveliq@outlook.com with details. Responses will follow the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) procedures and reasonable timeframes for resolution.

Complaints & dispute resolution

We aim to resolve concerns promptly. To raise a complaint:

Email Sorveliq@outlook.com with subject "Complaint" and provide details and preferred resolution.
We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and propose steps to investigate and resolve the matter.
If unresolved, we will consider mediation or other dispute resolution mechanisms. Consumers may also contact NSW Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for guidance.
